Our Information Technology Department is seeking a Help Desk/Technical Support Specialist. This is a full-time, entry-level position located at our corporate office in the Robinson/Moon Township area of Pittsburgh. The Help Desk/Technical Support Specialist will provide Tier 1 technology support to approximately 300 KTA employees and will be responsible for:
An Associates’ or Technical School Degree in Information Science or related discipline is required, a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience with Mobile Device Management applications and PBX phone systems are a plus! Physical requirements include the ability to sit for long periods of time, lift and carry 25 lbs., adjust focus, hear, and speak.
